Ever shifting mists reveal and recover shimmering scales. Ancient wisdom and wonders soar amongst spiraling heights while the Yangtze tides tend to reflections of times past and present.

About This Blend

Loose leaf silver needle (bai hao yinzhen) tea is sorted to ensure uniformity with no stems or leaves, and is primarily picked between the mid-March to early April (before the rains). Carefully blended and hand-selected in small batches (2 kg per batch cycle), our blenders balance the nuanced white tea notes with the slow release of tannins—which contribute to the drinker's understanding of flavor—using the structure of the notes as a guidepost.

It is important to use fresh, cold water (reverse osmosis, low-minerality water) that has a high oxygen content with white teas—particularly single-estate varietals. Best drunk in the morning, when your palate is fresh and vibrant. Experiment with infusion time to find your optimal palate profile.
