  • 2 oz. Mezcal
  • ¼ oz. Pantone Color of the Year 2024 Peach Fuzz Tea-Infused Simple Syrup
  • ½ oz. Lime Juice
  • ¼ oz. Yuzu
  • 1 ½ oz. Peach Puree
  • 2 Drops Habanero Tincture
  • Half Rim Chilli Salt / Rocks Glass / Big Cube

Pantone COLOR OF THE YEAR 2024 PEACH FUZZ-INFUSED SIMPLE SYRUP

  1. Infuse 2 teaspoons of Color of the Year 2024 Peach Fuzz tea in 1 cup of boiling water for 3 minutes.
  2. Strain the tea leaves.
  3. Over medium heat, add 2 cups of sugar to the tea infusion. Stir continuously until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture comes to a boil.

SOUNDS PEACHY

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously. Double strain into a rimmed and iced cocktail glass. Enjoy!
